Hold Membership

HOLD REQUEST FORM

This is not a termination request.

Per CrossFit West Springfield’s Membership Agreements, clients have the option to hold their monthly membership.

Hold Policy
  • Membership Holds will begin on the 1st of the (following) Month
  • Hold requests are available in 30, 60 and 90-day increments.
    • Holds DO NOT count as a paid month towards the contract.
  • Hold requests that extend beyond 90 days will result in a membership forfeit.
    • This excludes Service Personnel
    • A cancellation fee may be applied if the member is within their 6 or 12 month membership contract term.
  • Hold requests must be received no less than five (5) business days prior to the next billing date.
    • Requests received within 5 days of the next billing date will be charged a $50.00 processing fee.
  • Upon expiration of the hold period, accounts will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
    • All payments are non-refundable
  • Should the decision to cancel the membership occur during the hold period, refer to the Membership Cancellation Policy.

I understand that my membership will be placed on hold on the 1st of the following month.

I understand that if I submit this hold request within 5 business days of the next billing date, I will be charged a $50.00 processing fee. All payments are non-refundable.

I understand that by putting my membership on hold, I am extending my contract by the (30-60-90) day selected.

I understand that upon the expiration of the hold period, my membership will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. All payments are non-refundable.

I understand that if I decide to cancel my membership during the hold period, I will refer to the Membership Termination Policy.
