Per CrossFit West Springfield’s Membership Agreements, clients have the option to hold their monthly membership.
I understand that if I submit this hold request within 5 business days of the next billing date, I will be charged a $50.00 processing fee. All payments are non-refundable.
I understand that by putting my membership on hold, I am extending my contract by the (30-60-90) day selected.
I understand that upon the expiration of the hold period, my membership will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. All payments are non-refundable.
I understand that if I decide to cancel my membership during the hold period, I will refer to the Membership Termination Policy.
